How to Make Notes in Powerpoint Bigger

Notes field - text is appearing very tiny on some slides

Hi,

I'm including subtitles for the voiceover in my presentation past using the "Notes" field. On some slides, this text appears at a nearly unreadable font size. I idea at first it was dynamically sizing to accommodate lots of text, just it doesn't seem to correlate to the corporeality of text at all. Any help would exist appreciated.

Thanks!

To format the notes text, you should use the View -> Notes View. This style you tin can come across exactly what size the text is on each slide as yous page through. This is also the view to use when setting upwardly formatting for your notes.

I have used the Notes Master view in the by, but sometimes that doesn't work correctly after publishing. Then I've gone to checking each slide using the Notes Folio view.

This will format and alter the size for both the left had Notes tab and the Notes button that shows in the lesser right of the main player bar.

I've been through the notes principal and the notes view and each slide is ready at Calibri size 11.  Withal, AP 13 is even so publishing at different font sizes in the Notes tab.  Any suggestions?

Thanks Ashley--that'southward the thing--the correct font size is not showing upward in the published version fifty-fifty though the notes primary and the notes page in PPT are showing the aforementioned font size beyond slides.  Fifty-fifty reset notes layout in PPT 2013 using Jeanette's tutorial. I've got a ticket open and volition hopefully postal service solution soon.

Hello Michael,

Tin you tell us which version of Studio you're using, please? If it'southward Studio 'thirteen, are you publishing and viewing HTML5 content?

Besides, how are you viewing the project files?Try to make sure yous're not viewing the published output files locally. If y'all view a published Studio '13 presentation on your local difficult drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard bulldoze, you'll run across security restrictions from the computer, spider web browser, Flash Actor, and network that'll crusade various features of your content to neglect.

To properly exam your published content and share information technology with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the article beneath for more data:

Were you ever able to resolve this?  I know it was something I did while working with the touchpad instead of a mouse, but that in no style helps me resolve the event.  Any help appreciated!

Thank y'all Leslie - I will try to contact Richard directly.  I encounter now that I did not specify that I am using PowerPoint, not Project.  I didn't pursue the solution Christine shared, every bit it appeared to pertain to Project, not PowerPoint.

I know this is an older mail service but I found that changing the Auto Fit Choice in the Notes Pages View in Ability Point kept all my fonts the same when published using iSpring.

Howdy I have the same problem with Presenter (latest version). I have 53 slides, and simply 1 is showing the Calibri eleven into a Calibri 6 or 7 once published (or Previewed).

I accept tried to copy paste from the notepad (it worked once on another project), change the font size many times, but to no avail. What's the bug here?

Hi Helene!

Does the affected slide have an Appoint interaction?

I enquire considering nosotros accept an open problems where the notes font size on embedded Engage interactions appears smaller than the Presenter notes.

Let me know if that condition matches your experience!

I was able to right the "tiny text" problem for notes in "Normal" view (Powerpoint) by highlighting the text in the notes section and adjusting the zoom to a higher percentage. It cascaded to the other slides.

The font format for notes only seems to affect the printed page.

I know the original post was one-time, but institute this site trying to right the original trouble :) and idea that future searchers might benefit.

I'm on Powerpoint Mac version 16.45.
